Frequently Asked Questions
What is The Littles Society?
The Littles Society is a series of thoughtfully designed, small-group programs for mothers and their babies during the first year of life. Each program offers expert-informed guidance, meaningful discussion, and a supportive community to help you navigate early motherhood with confidence and connection.

What age range are the programs designed for?
We offer programs that support mothers and babies through the first year:
-
The Nest: Newborns (approximately 0–12 weeks)
-
The Bloom: Infants (approximately 3–6 months)
-
The Flourish: Infants (approximately 6–12 months)
Each series is tailored to the developmental stage of your baby and the evolving experience of motherhood.

What can I expect during a session?
Each session is designed to feel calm, welcoming, and supportive. You can expect:
-
Guided discussion on a weekly topic
-
Expert-informed education
-
Open conversation and shared experiences
-
Occasional guest speakers
-
A relaxed environment where babies are always welcome
There is no pressure—just a space to learn, connect, and feel supported.

Do I need to commit to all 8 weeks?
Yes, each program is designed as an 8-week series. The continuity allows relationships to form, conversations to deepen, and support to build over time. Most mothers find that the consistency is one of the most valuable parts of the experience.

What if I miss a session?
We understand that life with a baby can be unpredictable. While sessions are not typically made up, you will still receive any relevant materials or resources from the week you missed.

Can I bring my baby?
Yes—absolutely. Your baby is welcome at every session. The space is designed with both mothers and babies in mind, and everything is approached with flexibility and understanding.

Is this a medical or therapy service?
No. The Littles Society is not a medical or therapy service. While the programs are led by licensed occupational therapists and include expert-informed guidance, they are designed for guidance, support, and community—not to diagnose or treat.

Who leads the sessions?
Sessions are led by licensed occupational therapists with backgrounds in pediatric development and early intervention. Select weeks may also include guest professionals such as lactation consultants, pediatric specialists, and postpartum wellness experts.

Where are sessions held?
The Littles Society has partnered with two locations to host our programs.

-
Physiofit of NC: 12335 Wake Union Church Road #206, Wake Forest, NC 27857

How many participants are in each group?
There is a maximum of 15 participants in each group. Groups are intentionally kept small to create a more intimate, supportive, and connected experience.

What is the cost of the program?
The investment for each 8-week series is $375. This includes all sessions and your participant workbook.

Do you offer refunds?
Due to the limited size of each group and the nature of the program, refunds are not offered. Please review our full refund policy for more details.

What makes The Littles Society different from other mom groups?
The Littles Society is designed to be more than a casual meet-up. It is a structured, thoughtfully curated experience that combines:
-
Expert-informed guidance
-
Intentional weekly topics
-
A consistent group of mothers
-
A calm, elevated environment
It is a space where mothers can feel both supported and informed—not just socially connected.

I’m feeling overwhelmed—will this help?
Many mothers join The Littles Society feeling exactly this way. While every experience is unique, our goal is to provide reassurance, clarity, and connection during a time that can feel uncertain. Being in a space with other mothers and having access to guidance often helps mothers feel more confident and less alone.

How do I sign up?
You can reserve your spot directly through our website. Because groups are intentionally small, we recommend registering early to secure your place.

Do you offer private sessions or additional support?
At this time, The Littles Society focuses on small-group programs. Additional offerings may be introduced in the future.

Is this only for first-time moms?
Not at all. While many participants are first-time mothers, all mothers are welcome. Each experience of motherhood is unique, and there is value in both sharing and learning from others in different stages.
